Savannah | Best Rooftop Bars
Enjoying cocktails outside is simply southern tradition. Enjoying this tradition on a rooftop overlooking Savannah's historic district is the best way to kick that tradition up a notch! Whether your preference is a skyline of historic buildings or river views are more your thing, there is a rooftop bar for everyone. This list is by no means exclusive - there are still quite a few places on my rooftop bar bucket list and I'll keep updating as I find new faves.
- Peregrin | Located at the top of the Perry Hotel, Peregrin serves up an amazing frozé and views of the St. John the Baptist cathedral and the Talmadge Bridge. Emporium Kitchen is downstairs if you're up for dinner afterwards, and Hitch is just around the corner for those interested in a more low-key vibe.
- The Lost Square | Across town is another hotel rooftop bar where overhead lights, a massive fire pit, and river views set the mood. The Lost Square is located in the Alida Hotel, which also has a rooftop pool non-guests can enjoy for a fee.
- Top Deck | The perfect spot to watch cargo ships coming into the Savannah port, Top Decks offers a front row seat to the Savannah River and Talmadge Bridge. The bites are good and I always enjoy trying the 'Rosé of the Week'.
